We provide coaching services, including online or in-person sessions. All services are delivered as described on our Site. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Bookings are confirmed upon full payment as indicated.
Prices are listed in Euros (€) and are 0% VAT. Currently all services are offered under the special 0% VAT system for small enterprises – SME scheme.
Payments are processed securely via our payment provider.

You may cancel coaching sessions up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
Cancellations made later are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances and will offer a full refund or rescheduling.

You agree to provide accurate personal information and to use our services responsibly.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure if you create an account.
Coaching services are for educational and personal growth purposes. Results are individual and not guaranteed.
